I was brought up using different holistic treatments for health improvement, so training in this was a natural development. Reflexology was a specific interest of mine a decade before training in this anceint therapy. Since qualifying I have treated hundreds of clients in various holistic ways for issues such as infertility, low self–worth, anger, asthma, pain and depression to name a few.
It is very exciting tapping into my skills from the training at The Royal School of Library and Information Science. Facilitating and hosting local groups, spreading wisdom and knowledge on subjects from positive living to death, offering talks and workshops is important to me. I love enabling people engaging in issues close to their heart.
Hosting Highcliffe Positive Living Group for four years offering talks every two weeks was a great honour. Highcliffe Death Cafe was a regular event, which I hosted for three years. The idea behind this groups was making talking about death an everyday topic. Now I run a Meetup Group; Christchurch Self-Empowerment group, please join online if any interest to you.
Before moving to Highcliffe in 2004, by the south coast in Dorset, I had practices in Chiswick, London and Harpenden, Hertfordshire.
Suffering three miscarriages and the death of my twin brother have been my life lessons. I learned that one does not have total control in life. I learned that patience is a virtue as Dr Wayne W. Dyer said: “If you really want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans.” In essence this means that all we desire will arrive in our life when and only when we’re aligned vibrationally with the energy of our Source.
My work is my life, as the two parts for me are one. I breathe my mission daily.
